Laboratorial na Universidade Lus\u00f3fona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os alunos da turma 11\u00ba A, no \u00e2mbito das disciplinas de Biologia e Geologia e Ingl\u00eas acompanhados pelas professoras Ana Reis e Fernanda Farromba, participaram no dia 19 de janeiro de 2026 numa aula laboratorial na qual realizaram duas atividades no \u00e2mbito da Gen\u00e9tica\/Biologia Molecular \u2013 \u201cDNA <em>fingerprinting<\/em> \u2013 Onde est\u00e1 o criminoso?\u201d e \u201cClonagem de genes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Com a atividade \u201cDNA <em>fingerprinting<\/em> \u2013 Onde est\u00e1 o criminoso?\u201d pretende-se que os alunos se familiarizem com as t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de cultura e manuseio de bact\u00e9rias na \u00e1rea da gen\u00e9tica, efetuem o processo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de bact\u00e9rias com um ADN plasm\u00eddico, observem o resultado da express\u00e3o de uma prote\u00edna recombinante fluorescente (GFP) e se familiarizem com a t\u00e9cnica de \u201cDNA fingerprinting\u201d e a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas mais diversas \u00e1reas da biologia e biotecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>Na atividade \u201cClonagem de genes\u201d, os alunos cultivaram, transformaram culturas de bact\u00e9rias de <em>Escherichia coli<\/em> com o plasm\u00eddeo pGlo\u00ae e analisaram as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores realizadas nos diferentes meios de cultura utilizados.<\/p>\n<p>Com estas demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es pretendeu-se que os alunos estivessem expostos a importantes conceitos de biologia molecular.<\/p>\n<p>Esta atividade decorreu nos laborat\u00f3rios da Universidade Lus\u00f3fona, no \u00e2mbito do projeto Criar Saberes, desta institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino superior.<\/p>\n<p><a
