No dia 30 de outubro de 2025, no \u00e2mbito do projeto Erasmus+ Healthy Wave<\/em> decorreu uma atividade especial organizada por alguns alunos 11.\u00ba C e pela turma 11.\u00ba A, juntamente com as professoras Ana Reis, Fernanda Farromba, Isabel Pimenta e M\u00f3nia Martins. A iniciativa teve como objetivo mostrar que o Halloween tamb\u00e9m pode ser celebrado de forma saud\u00e1vel, incentivando escolhas alimentares equilibradas.<\/p>\n

Durante a atividade, os alunos, sob a supervis\u00e3o das professoras, descascaram e cortaram a fruta, prepararam espetadas, fizeram a embalagem e organizaram os sacos. Cada saco continha espetadas de fruta acompanhadas por um amendoim ou uma goma, equilibrando o esp\u00edrito festivo com op\u00e7\u00f5es mais nutritivas.<\/p>\n

Os sacos foram distribu\u00eddos pelos alunos, que se deslocaram \u00e0s v\u00e1rias salas de aula e explicaram em simult\u00e2neo o prop\u00f3sito da iniciativa. Esta iniciativa foi tamb\u00e9m partilhada com a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o, Professores, Assistentes Operacionais e T\u00e9cnicos\u00a0\u00a0 A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi bem recebida pela comunidade escolar e destacou-se como uma forma criativa de celebrar o Halloween promovendo h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

A atividade desenvolvida no \u00e2mbito das disciplinas de Biologia e Geologia, Cidadania e Desenvolvimento e Ingl\u00eas, foi um sucesso e refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia de sensibilizar os alunos para uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada, especialmente em \u00e9pocas associadas ao excesso de doces.<\/p>\n

Piece of News \u2013 Healthy Halloween<\/em><\/u><\/p>\n

On 30 October 2025, it took place an activity to commemorate Halloween and Healthy Food Day within the Erasmus+ Project \u201cHealthy Wave<\/em>\u201d with the objective of promoting healthy food and sustainability in the world, it took place a special activity organized by some students from 11th grade A and 11th grade C classes, with the support of their teachers. The initiative aimed to show that Halloween can also be celebrated in a healthy way, encouraging more balanced eating habits.<\/p>\n

During the activity, the students, under the supervision of their teachers, peeled and cut the fruit, prepared fruit skewers, carried out the packaging and organized the bags to be distributed. Each bag included fruit skewers accompanied by a peanut or a gummy sweet, combining the festive spirit with more nutritious options.<\/p>\n

Once everything was ready, the students visited the various classes across the school, distributing the bags and explaining the purpose of the initiative. The bags were also given to the whole school staff. The activity was well received by the school community and stood out as a creative way to celebrate Halloween while promoting healthy habits.<\/p>\n

One can say the activity was successful and stressed the importance of raising students\u2019 awareness about healthy eating, especially during times often associated with excessive consumption of sweets.<\/p>\n

The project was carried within the subjects of Biology and Geology, Citizenship and English.<\/p>\n
